1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 1333com ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the website located at https://1333com.club and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the 1333com brand.

By accessing 1333com in any capacity — including browsing the site as a guest, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Where any ambiguity exists, 1333com's interpretation shall be final, subject to any applicable overriding law. 1.3 Severability

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a player account on 1333com, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party;

2.1 Age Verification

1333com reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised government authority. Where age verification documents are requested, your account will be placed in a restricted state — permitting withdrawal of existing balances but preventing further deposits and wagering — until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Where a player is found to have been under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any point during active use of the account, 1333com will close the account immediately. Any deposits made during the period of underage use will be refunded to the payment method on record. Any winnings or bonus funds accumulated during that period will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of discovery.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 1333com will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1333com support immediately at [email protected]. 1333com accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

3.3 Duplicate Accounts

Registering more than one player account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1333com reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and winnings accumulated across those accounts, and withhold any deposits pending a review of the circumstances. Players who have accidentally created a duplicate account should contact support immediately to have the situation resolved without penalty.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory best practice, 1333com may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and documentation confirming ownership of your registered payment methods. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

1333com supports a range of payment methods tailored to players in Bangladesh. 4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). There is no platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may charge transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service. Deposit processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically instant — under 5 seconds under normal network conditions.
• USDT (TRC-20): Typically under 5 minutes following blockchain confirmation.
• Bitcoin / Ethereum: Subject to standard blockchain confirmation times — typically 10–30 minutes.

1333com reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit that it deems unusually large or otherwise meriting review. Deposits made from payment methods not registered to the account holder will be returned and the account may be reviewed for compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods. Processing times are typically under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals and under 30 minutes for crypto withdrawals following approval.

1333com does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Withdrawals may be delayed where your account has not completed KYC verification, where a bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding, or where a withdrawal has been flagged for compliance review. 4.3 Currency

The primary display currency on 1333com is the Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Players depositing via crypto assets will have their balance displayed in BDT equivalent based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. 1333com is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the BDT value of crypto deposits or withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1333com offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated for each promotion — bonuses not wagered within the allotted time will expire and be removed from the account without replacement.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 No-Deposit and Free Bonus Offers

Where 1333com offers no-deposit bonus credits or free-play funds, these are provided at the sole discretion of the Platform and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. No-deposit bonuses are limited to one per household, device, and IP address. Any attempt to claim multiple no-deposit bonuses will be treated as bonus abuse under Section 5.3.

6 User Obligations

By using 1333com, you agree to the following obligations at all times during your use of the Platform. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the gaming environment, the security of other players, and the lawful operation of the Platform.

• You will only register and maintain one player account in your own name.
• You will provide accurate and current personal information and update it promptly if it changes.
• You will not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members residing in the same household.

• You will wager only funds that you can afford to lose, and you will make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings if you feel your gaming is becoming a concern.
• You will contact 1333com support immediately if you become aware of any security vulnerability, software error, or unintended behaviour that affects game outcomes or balances.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 1333com. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. 1333com reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any conduct not listed below is nonetheless contrary to the spirit of these Terms.

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

You must not use stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund your account. Any deposit identified as originating from a compromised or disputed payment instrument will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. 1333com cooperates fully with payment providers and law enforcement authorities in fraud investigations.

7.2 Collusion

Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format is prohibited. This includes sharing hole cards, coordinating bet sizes, or any other form of information exchange designed to disadvantage uninvolved players or the house. Where collusion is detected, all accounts involved will be suspended and winnings accrued through collusive play will be forfeited.

7.3 Exploitation of Errors

If you become aware of a technical error, display bug, or pricing mistake that results in game outcomes, odds, or balances being displayed incorrectly, you are obligated to cease play and notify support immediately. Any bets placed or winnings accumulated as a result of a known or suspected error may be voided at 1333com's discretion. 1333com accepts no liability for losses arising from technical errors but will make reasonable efforts to restore player balances to their pre-error state where it is able to do so.

7.4 Use of Automated Tools

The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, browser extensions, or any form of automated betting system to place wagers, farm bonuses, or otherwise interact with the Platform without genuine manual player input is strictly prohibited. Players found to be using automated tools will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 1333com support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 1333com will process any pending withdrawal of your available balance to your registered payment method and deactivate your account within 24 hours. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

Players who are closing their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion tools described in our Responsible Gaming policy, which provide additional safeguards beyond a standard account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 1333com

1333com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, collusion, or other criminal activity;
• Use of automated tools or other prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal instruction from a payment provider;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Any other circumstance in which continued operation of the account is contrary to 1333com's legal, regulatory, or risk management obligations.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, 1333com will endeavour to complete its review and communicate its findings within 10 business days. During the suspension period, the account balance will be preserved, though no deposits, withdrawals, or wagering activity will be permitted.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 1333com will notify the registered email address of the account's dormant status prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 (or the account's remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in and reactivates the account.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1333com's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 1333com accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
